  • Naturopathy is a holistic form of medicine that aims to find the root cause of dysfunction in the body. Consultations are comprehensive, allowing your practitioner to gain thorough insight into you as an individual. It draws on evidence and empirical-based methods to provide individualised healthcare. Naturopathy compliments other conventional and allied healthcare services.

  • Being a scientific, yet holistic approach, naturopathy offers an individualised form of medicine that not only provides symptomatic relief, but also supports the foundations of overall wellbeing.

    You are more than the sum of your parts; each treatment plan is catered to you as an individual and meets you where you are to obtain realistic and sustainable outcomes.

    Your naturopath is your equal, working alongside you to reach your health and performance goals.

  • All consultations are held via a secure video platform. You may attend your consultation from anywhere that has stable internet. We currently utilise Google Meet; you will receive your own unique link when booking a consultation.

  • Consultations are available for new clients every Wednesday to Saturday, 8am-8pm (NZDT).

    If you are unable to attend during standard hours, please email hello@myndnaturopathy.co.nz and we will endeavour to find a suitable time.

  • Your fee includes the consultation, any research, a comprehensive treatment plan (Initial & Return only) and any ongoing communication to help support optimal outcomes. Any prescriptions or pathology recommended come at an additional cost.

  • If indicated, we will provide referral for pathology testing. This may include standard and/or functional testing, pending on your needs and budget.

  • Maddie is a Bachelor-qualified Naturopath registered with the Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (NMHNZ). Southern Cross Health Insurance and UniMed Insurance recognise all NMHNZ registered practitioners to be eligible for cover when included in your insurance plan. Please contact your provider to find out more about what your plan covers.
