Initial Consultation

An initial consultation is a comprehensive exploration of your current health concerns, goals, health history, lifestyle and nutritional intake. We take into consideration your priorities, current medication, training regime and budget to develop an individualised treatment plan that encompasses dietary, lifestyle and personalised herbal/nutritional therapies, and may also include functional pathology requests and/or referral.
Return Consultation
45 mins $95
Return consultations offer an opportunity to review progress and touch on any concerns or new goals you wish to address. Direction and frequency of these sessions are based on your own unique needs; we will work with you to formulate a treatment plan that fits you as an individual, modifying as required.
Please note; you will require an initial consultation prior to choosing this consultation type.
Simple Consultation
25 mins $55
For presentations that require basic symptomatic intervention in the short term. Available to new and existing clients. Where indicated, initial consultation may be encouraged.
Please note; due to acute nature, no comprehensive treatment plan will be provided when choosing this consult type.

Functional Testing
Mynd Naturopathy utilises functional testing, in conjunction with your consultation, to identify and treat the underlying causes of dysfunction in the body.
Types of functional testing that may be recommended include:
Stool testing: Stool analysis, Microbiome mapping.
Blood testing: General and comprehensive pathology markers (e.g. Iron studies, Thyroid panel, Liver function, Zinc: Copper ratios etc.)
Salivary testing : Hormone profile/s (Female, Male, Stress hormones)
Swab testing: Vaginal and oral microbiome
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (hair testing): Analysis of heavy metal and toxin status, nutrient and mineral status
Functional testing comes at an additional cost. Prices vary depending on the test/provider; this will be discussed during your consultation.
